HOW TO BOOK OUR ARENA FOR PRIVATE EVENTS
All private events and day camps must be booked with a manager over the phone or in person.
PRIVATE EVENTS / PARTY POLICIES
There is a $75 non refundable deposit for all party reservations, however if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice Arena 51 will apply the deposit to another party if rescheduled within 60 days. If party is rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled party or if the rescheduled party is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited.
Room rentals are available at the rate of $25 an hour, however they are on a first come-first served basis. Reservations for room rentals alone will not be taken for Saturdays or Sundays.
Arena 51 will rent the entire facility during non business hours:
$350 for a two hour session for up to 40 players (additional players may be added on for $5 more per player)
Additional time may be added to private events at the rate of $100 an hour
Private 8 hour overnight facility rental $750 for up to 80 players (additional players may be added on for $5 more per player
A private event includes the use of a party room. Soda and pizza may be added at an extra cost.
Private events must be booked through a manager.
Private events cannot be held during regular business hours.
