HOW IT WORKS:

• We offer a flat fee for hosting your event. Granting you the flexibility to set ticket prices at any rate you choose.

• All fundraiser events must be coordinated with a manager, either via phone or in person. These events can only be scheduled during times when ARENA51 is closed to the public.

 

HOW TO BOOK:

• All fundraiser events must be booked with a manager over the phone or in person.

• Fundraiser events must be scheduled at times when ARENA51 is closed to the public.

 

FUNDRAISER POLICES:

    • There is a $75 non-refundable deposit for all reservations.​

• TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• • ​Fundraiser events include the use of party rooms.  Soda and pizza may be added at an extra cost.  

• • Fundraiser events must be booked through a manager.  

• • Fundraiser events cannot be held during regular business hours.  

• • Fundraiser events are available 7 days a week during our closed hours! Arena 51 will always work with your time frame for your event as best we can. 

• • Pizza and drinks may be added for $20 per pizza, and $45 for unlimited soda for less than 40 People or $70 for unlimited soda for more than 40 People.  

• • Arcade Games are not included with an Fundraiser Rental, but Arcade Game Cards may be added to any order!
