How To Book Our Arena For Private Events
All private events and day camps must be booked with a manager over the phone or in person.
Private events must be scheduled at times when ARENA51 is closed to the public.

Private Events / Party Policies
There is a $75 non-refundable deposit for all party reservations, however if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice Arena 51 will apply the deposit to another party if rescheduled within 60 days. If party is rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled party or if the rescheduled party is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited.

Terms & conditions:
• ​A private event includes the use of a party room. Soda and pizza may be added at an extra cost.
• Private events cannot be held during regular business hours.
• Private events are available 7 days a week during our closed hours! Arena 51 will always work with your time frame for your event as best we can.
• Pizza and drinks may be added for $20 per pizza, and $45 for unlimited soda for less than 40 People or $70 for unlimited soda for more than 40 People.
• Arcade Games are not included with an Arena Rental, but Arcade Game Cards may be added to any order!
